Chairs are nice aesthetically, however they do not adjust whatsoever.I do really like the seat design of these chairs. It made a decent, comfortable task chair while it lasted.I’ve had the footrest break off on another chair, but that was after months of use—chairs aren’t supposed to break, but at least that was reasonable, and probably misuse by me. This chair made it two weeks as a task chair before the footrest snapped off. The other chair only half-way broke, and that after I half stood on the footrest, while standing up out of it. This chair, the footrest snapped off completely, while I was just sitting.The “it’s dead, Jim” moment was after coming home from a trip, realizing it was really wobbly. I took this to indicate that the failure was gradual, with the weld around the base slowly failing. I picked it up, and it felt loose, so I put it back down and wobbled it side-to-side, which produced a cracking noise and the weld totally failed.After 1 month as a chair I sat in daily, the chair is useless and now on the curb.Everyone loves our bar stools. They are soooo comfy and cute.We are extremely happy with our purchase. All our friends love these stools and my cousin actually bought four of them herself. Very comfortable and we love how you can bring the chairs up or down to accommodate your comfort level. We are beyond satisfied. Thank you very muchI use this very comfortable chair at my work bench in my she shop at home. Will probably purchase another to go with it.Originally bought 2 chairs and really liked them. Very comfortable. A few months later, the foot rest broke on one of the chairs. Amazon replaced it. Same chair..foot rest broke again. Now on third chair. The other day, the foot rest broke on the 2nd chair. We are not big people and we certainly don’t stand on the foot rests. We use them as they were intended…a place for your feet while sitting on the stool. Very disappointed!The base is not wide enough , it needs to be wider3-4 ins the whole way around.PS very weak stool I can tell it will not make it for 6 monthsHorrible customer service. Tried to return and I have Amazon prime. When I bought them it was free return. When I returned I had to pay. Kept them and they are so cheap. Too heavy fall over. The bottom is so light and flimsy. Would not recommend at all. Plus Joes return is deceiving. Not professional at all.
