Love these, ordered more from 2 years ago. Held up great. This new shipment is missing the washers and my local hardware store does not have the size in stock.I really think these are well built and very sturdy. Held up against hefty weight groups and very kid friendly.First photos are from stools that were bought 2 years ago.Last photo is from this shipment. There is variation in the wooden tops. These new ones don't feel the same and have a less rounded edge, but close enough.Very annoyed that the parts were incomplete.You need washers for this type of assembly due to the heavy traction and wear the stool will experience.I found silver so it looks off but not that noticeable.Too bad when the professional customer service team does not back the product or the employees that assembled it. They did their jobs but a little help from customer service would have gone a long way!I contacted them by the email they provide with no response to this day! Washers are shown but not included. I had to assume they were no longer needed. The metal circle is very hard to install but the instructions give you no clue. You have to pull the two fixed legs apart when installing the second screw and do not tighten any leg screws until you have all four screws in the legs then tighten. The product is worth the money but not happy with their service follow up!!Ordered these stools for our work table in the office. Stools are a good quality and were easy to put together but there was a missing part. I emailed the company, sent a picture of the part and they said they would send it. Part never came and my emails after the initial one were never answered.So this is really short and to the point but the second stool doesn’t have the big screw that attaches to the bottom of the stool itself which is arguably the most important part. Without it the stool is useless so that a big problem. Other than that the one that I was able to build is great and I love it. To bad :/The product is a great value but has a small flaw. If the lock bar beneath the seat is not tight, as it tends to be, the seat will wiggle slightly. The easy fix is to tighten the bar, but this tends to be temporary. When the bar is tight then there is no "swivel" to be had, but that's fine since the seat is round anyway.The aesthetic is good if you're going for "industrial chic"Happy with height. I have a 47" table and these fit perfectly. Also love that they are adjustable for when my friends are different heights or If I move to another place I don't need to buy more barstools to fit that bar.They are a cherry red color- be aware. I thought it was darker from the photos. but besides that- greatThese bar stools are good, but not quite perfect. First, anytime you swivel, the seat loosens from the base a bit so it does tend to cause some wobbling and then the seat height adjusts as a result. To keep them completely stable, you really can't swivel them. The seats are not perfectly stained and have some smudges and small missed areas. The stain is also more red than I thought it would be. I am happy that they do indeed go up to 35" tall, which is very difficult to find in a bar stool. My breakfast bar is 45 inches tall and I've literally been searching for 6 years for tall enough bar stools. Also, these were really easily to put together! So really,I am happy overall, I just wished they swiveled without the base loosening as a result.Terrible to assemble.. It took two people an hour and a half to put one stool together, I feel like most people might give up on the assembly. The metal legs seem cheaply produced and are not the right shape to fit together and on both stools we had to hammer out the metal until it got flat enough to connect together properly! It was a huge pain. They also don't seem super sturdy, they are a bit rickety especially if the seat is higher up.On the plus side they do have a nice industrial aesthetic, and the seat is solid wood. They are as comfortable as any other wooden stool ive sat on besides being a little shaky.Due to the assembly I can only give these stools two stars, I really don't think most people want to have to spend almost three hours putting such simple items together. If the metal was shaped right during production it wouldn't be an issue, some people who order this might get lucky and not have to spend the extra time.
