I got these because the pair of stools I had purchased before weren't cutting it. They were from here and were a great (cheap) product like many out of China. They did everything as promised and even looked nice but they were unbareably uncomfortable. Namely because they were wood and the edges weren't rounded. Keep an eye out for this when buying a stool. If your legs hang over the side (even if sitting on a footrest), they are incredibly "sharp" and uncomfortable where your thigh meets the sharp edge.I originally wanted a stool of this design (round cushioned seat, height adjustable, swivel) but there weren't any available under about $300. Anyway, these fit my requirements perfectly and run about $200 currently (July 2022).As for the height range - please refer to the description for the specs but for me at 5'8", they're perfect - in the lowest/shortest position, my feet are flat on the floor with my knees bent a little down. All the way up would be suitable for even a higher than average bar/island.The one pic shows the right stool at the lowest setting and the left pic is the highest. I generally keep them about 1/3 the way up (as seen in the pics where they're the same height).These stools are really sturdy and comfortable. One of the two had an issue and we could not get all the screws in. We contacted the company and instead of guessing whether the seat or the post had the holes drilled wrong, they sent us a whole new stool. The replacement arrived quickly, went together super easy, just like the first one. Great stools, great service, we are very happy with our purchase!These stylish stools jazzed my home up, becoming a popular spot to get relaxed, sitting there and having some snacks or a cup of drinks...I can easily spend a night on these my new favorite.Not like some cheap looking stools, they are really good quality stuff, well made with nice color and materials. They are very comfortable, soft to sit on. These stools have footrest which is very important to me. I don't want to hang my feet there all the time!Swivel and height adjustment features are big plus. Being able to turn around without moving the base of the stool and adjusting to different heights make these more comfortable and practical.I'm just wondering why I didn't get them earlier. Anyway now I have them and I'm glad I got them!I love these. They match the kitchen. Good quality for money. Easy to put together.A little cumbersome getting on and off especially for kidsThe bar stool arrived super quick, very easy to assemble (5 minutes). Sturdy and comfortable, the only thing that I don’t like is the size of the level, it is too small and short, you have to feel around under the stool to find it to adjust height.UPDATE: This company provides excellent customer service. I had to return these stools because they were not a good fit for the large three men in my house who are over six tall.Thank you for making my return simple and easy.Bought 2 of these for kitchen island and they work very good and are sturdy. Easy to assemble.
