These chairs are beautiful in person and a great value. After a few months I had an issue with a screw and reached out to the seller and they sent me new parts same day. Amazing customer service.These are very soft and look amazing with our island. However, the sturdiness and longevity of them is very questionable. We already have had two of them come apart as you can see in the photo. They also are very squeaky and we have to continually tighten the screws because they come loose very easily.the quality of the fabric is great. the PROBLEM is that there was NOT enough hardware to put together 1 of the stools in the set. So i put together 2 stools and 2 are waiting for me to PURCHASE SEPARATE hardware, then put them together. ALSO 1 of the stool's leg holes are not drilled open all the way so it is not only waiting for the hardware BUT also for me to drill the holes all the way before putting it together.I was skeptical based off of how low the price is for 4, but I went off the reviews and glad I did! They’re super soft and the perfect size for my 36 inch counter. I got the hollow back in gray. I’m mainly concerned about the legs feeling light and like the chair can snap if someone is too rough with it, but weight capacity is 250 lbs so we’ll see. Putting them together was a bit tricky in regards to making sure the legs were tight and stable, so make sure you don’t tighten things until the end. Instructions were simple though. I’m sure they will last with good cleaning and care!These are more of a microfiber vs. velvet, but a good quality and very comfortable. The legs are very heavy and each packet of 2 comes with an extra foot and extra top piece so that if something gets broken there's a spare. Very comfy and work for wider hipped women such as myself!The stools are used with my kitchen island. Great price, sturdy and elegant!It was easy to assembleNice green color close to a forest green color chair is comfortable.. easy to assemble..
